Request Deletion of Your Data

At EternalBeam Software, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of all data associated with your account at any time.

What Data We Store

Our apps may store the following data:

• Anonymous user identifier (used to link your data across sessions)
• Images or content you upload for analysis
• Purchase history (managed by Apple/Google)
• App preferences and settings

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:

Please include in your email:

• The name of the app you are using
• Your User ID (found in the app's Settings screen)
• A brief description of your request

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

• All your uploaded content will be permanently removed from our servers
• Your anonymous user account will be deleted
• This action cannot be undone
• If you continue using the app, a new anonymous account will be created
