These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Silver Hallmark Identifier mobile application ("App"), provided by EternalBeam Software ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Silver Hallmark Identifier, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Silver Hallmark Identifier is a mobile application that uses AI-powered image recognition to identify silver hallmarks from photographs. The App offers a freemium model with basic features available for free and premium features accessible via subscription.

2. User Obligations

• You agree to use Silver Hallmark Identifier only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not use the App to infringe on the rights of others, or to upload, share, or process content that is illegal or offensive.
• Automated use of the App (including bots, scripts, or scraping) is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the intended use of the service may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Subscriptions & Usage Limits

• Premium features are available via a paid subscription, managed through the App Stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your respective app store account settings. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Usage Limit: To ensure fair use and prevent abuse, premium users are limited to 20 hallmark identifications per day. This limit resets at midnight (UTC). Free users have a more limited daily quota.
• We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that exhibit abusive, automated, or excessive usage patterns inconsistent with normal personal use.

4. Anti-Abuse & Bot Protection

• We actively monitor for automated access, abuse, and misuse of the service.
• Accounts found to be using bots, scripts, or other automated means to access or exploit the service will be suspended or terminated without notice.
• We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the App in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, the AI-powered hallmark identification is provided for informational purposes only. Results should not be considered as professional appraisal or authentication. We recommend consulting with a qualified expert for valuable items.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Silver Hallmark Identifier is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by EternalBeam Software or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Silver Hallmark Identifier is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EternalBeam Software disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on identification results.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
